Installation & Setup
If you need us to install and setup your TV or flat screen, we’ll send out our Field Unit to get the job done in a timely fashion and for a competitive rate. Many homeowners need someone to mount their TV above a fireplace or mount it on a wall, while business owners may want a custom installation in their conference room or lobby. SoCal Tech is at your service no matter what your installation and setup needs may be.
Please note, at this time we do not install home theater systems. While we can repair your audio equipment, for installation and setup purposes, we specialize in the visual component only, namely TVs, monitors and projectors.
Maintenance
Every finely-tuned instrument needs a checkup from time to time; that includes electronic equipment and devices. A build up of static electricity, dust, and worn wires can all lead to a fatal short-circuit or compromised performance. Old or defective parts can cause the picture to jitter, fade, or not display at all. One of our most important services at SoCal Tech is routine TV maintenance, which can extend the life of your device and lead to years of enjoyment and continued usage.
Service Repair
Because of a quarter century of experience, we can repair almost any viewing device – old and new. From the latest LCD displays, monitors and flat screens, to the now obsolete television boxes (CRTs), practically no TV is beyond our repair capabilities. TV Calibration
Calibrating your TV may sound easy, but it actually involves a careful balancing act of setting every visual element just right. Every TV and monitor is different; while the factory establishes the default settings on your device, they usually are not ideal for your unique viewing environment. In addition, each device (blu-ray player, cable box, satellite, xBox, Playstation, or otherwise) connected to your TV may require each input setting to be calibrated differently; this provides the highest quality viewing experience for each device. SoCal can perform these tasks at our repair center or on site, at your business or home.
